Confidence Building & Self Defense
YBE Community Center’s Kids Self-Defense & Boxing Program helps children build confidence, discipline, and physical strength in a safe and supportive environment. Through boxing fundamentals and practical self-defense training, kids learn awareness, self-control, and how to protect themselves while developing focus, respect, and resilience. This program empowers youth with skills that promote personal safety, confidence, and healthy decision-making—on and off the mat.
